Very clever. I suspect 95% of the AES would select A’s and / or C’s. Governments tend to want a lot more B’s and D’s along with the A’ and C’s. Big mismatch and skills deficit across the profession.

This is genius! I'm Hufflepuff, with a touch of Slytherin. Wouldn't have put myself in either based on personality but the evaluation descriptions are spot on

3. My biggest frustration with evaluations is:

B) Poor methods or weak causal links

I'm curious about the description, "poor methods".

Do you consider some methods as inherently strong and some weak for evaluating (i.e., hierarchy of methods) or should "poor" be understood as "inappropriate" methods depending on the particular evaluation question/s?)

I was thinking about poor use of methods, rather than some methods being ‘better’ than others. For me, it’s things like when the approach doesn’t fit the question, or when it’s done sloppily and you can’t trust the results. But the bigger point of the question is just to get people noticing their own reaction to the four options, however they happen to interpret them.
